Title: Certificate Program in Managing Organizational Change

Who Should Apply: Supervisors and board members in the Human Service Profession preparing for management.

Individuals interested in learning enhanced skills in nonprofit management.

Date: 9/17/09-12/17/09

Training Location: Held at Houghton College in the Lambein Learning Center, 810 Union Road, West Seneca, NY 14224

Scholarship:The Peter & Elizabeth C. Tower Foundation for eligible individuals apply with the INA application

Cost: $225 for one 2-day training series or $600 for three 2-day training series or $750 for all four 2-day training series


Participants can either take an individual 2-day training to receive a certificate of participation or enroll in the 3 training required certificate program to receive a certificate of competency.

The Managing Organizational Change Certificate Program will consist of the following trainings: Managing Organizational & Culture Change (9/17/09 & 9/24/09), Administration Supervision (10/8/09 & 10/15/09), Strategic Marketing & Community Relations (11/5/09 & 11/12/09) and Conflict Resolution (12/3/09 & 12/10/09).
